Mail payment to PO Box 37015 Lonsdale RPO, North Vancouver, BC V7N 4M4.
Please make cheques payable to Evolution Coaching. A $20 deposit is required to reserve your spot in each workshop. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to course start date.

Refund Policy:

Full refund minus a $10 administration fee provided when withdrawal notification is received 7 days prior to course date. Withdrawals made within one week of the course start date will receive a 50% refund. Evolution Coaching reserves the right to cancel due to limited enrollment.
