Secondly, my company name metaphorically represents my belief that human beings can consciously create our future on a world-wide scale. That is, when we choose to foster personal attributes and habits that contribute to the types of communities, organizations and cultures we want to be a part of, and, when we commit to care for the things we value, our communities, organizations and cultures will evolve to reflect us.
The vision for the work that I do is to coach individuals and corporations that are committed to a triple bottom line approach to our world. This means people and companies that consider the financial, social and environmental impact of their actions when they make both personal and corporate decisions.
I want to work with people who have big plans in the areas of personal and corporate leadership. People who are no longer willing to sit on the sideline and observe, but are ready to step up to the plate and "be the change they want to see in the world". I am one of these people and that is what you can expect from our coaching.
